The traditional midsummer party in Spain is the celebration in honour of San Juan (St. John the Baptist) and takes place in the evening of June 23. Bonfires are lit and a set of firework displays usually take place. On the Mediterranean coast, especially in Catalonia and València, special foods such as Coca de Sant Joan are also served on this occasion. Wikipedia

 Yesterday night we went to the beach (like most of the people in Barcelona). On the way we passed by La Taguara for some snacks. A venezuelan bar that serves amazing arepas and cachapas in the heart of the magic Born. I wear a comfty vintage tee paired with a baby blue skirt and brown cowboy boots, etnic necklace and bracelets. In small leather backpack i carried a red jacket that saved my life yesterday...Barcelona is wirdly still incredibly chilly on the night time, brrrr.... 

 No hace falta la introducción en castellano... Como todo el mundo fuimos a la playa. Por el camino pasamos por uno de nuestros nuevos sitios favoritos. La Taguara, un bar venezolano que sirve increíbles arepas y cachepas. Para este día de San Juan quería ir cómoda con que me puse una camiseta vintage junto a una falda azul celeste, botas de cowboy y un colgante hippie. Por suerte en la maleta también llevaba una chaqueta roja que me salvo la vida a la noche. ¡Frío, bastante frío!
